stay<\/strong>, covering <strong>linens, cleaning, and inventory<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><br>\ud83d\udcb0<\/strong><strong> Security Deposit<\/strong><\/p><p>A security deposit is required upon arrival:<\/p><ul><li><strong>\u20ac1,000<\/strong> for a stay of <strong>4 nights to 1 month<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>\u20ac1,500<\/strong> for a stay of <strong>more than 1 month<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><br>\ud83d\udcb3<\/strong><strong> Payment<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>A 50% deposit<\/strong> is required to <strong>confirm the reservation<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>The balance is always due upon arrival at the latest<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><br>\ud83c\udf19<\/strong><strong> House Rules<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>Maintain quiet hours<\/strong> between <strong>8 PM and 7 AM<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Parties and events are prohibited<\/strong>, to preserve the tranquility of
