General Rental Conditions

📅 Length of Stay

• Minimum stay of 4 nights.
• Maximum capacity: 4 guests, including at least one adult present throughout the stay.

⏳ Check-in and Check-out Times

• Check-in: from 3 PM.
• Check-out: before 10 AM.

🧹 Cleaning Fee

• €80 per stay, covering linens, cleaning, and inventory.

💰 Security Deposit

A security deposit is required upon arrival:

• €1,000 for a stay of 4 nights to 1 month.
• €1,500 for a stay of more than 1 month.

💳 Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
• The balance is always due upon arrival at the latest.

🌙 House Rules

• Maintain quiet hours between 8 PM and 7 AM.
• Parties and events are prohibited, to preserve the tranquility of the premises and residents.
• Non-smoking and non-vaping apartment.
• No pets allowed.

Accessibility for people with reduced mobility

• Unfortunately, access to SOLÉIA is difficult for people with reduced mobility and is not suitable for wheelchair users.

• Please bring your own beach towels.
